World Class Technician Job Responsibilities

  • Perform high-level diagnostics and repairs on all Chevrolet models, including EV and Corvette specialized systems
  • Execute complex engine, transmission, and drivetrain teardowns and rebuilds
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to apprentice and line technicians
  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of GM service bulletins and software updates
  • Ensure all repairs are completed to factory specifications and safety standards

World Class Technician Qualifications

  • Current GM World Class Technician (WCT) Certification is required
  • Advanced proficiency in diagnostic tools (MDI/GDS2)
  • Strong track record of productivity and fixed-right-the-first-time metrics
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

Corporate Requirements: Must be 18 years or older, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
