EPIQ Logistics is a proud Amazon Delivery Service Partner committed to operational excellence, safety, and performance. We are seeking an experienced Amazon DSP Dispatcher who understands Amazon systems, driver management, and daily delivery operations.

Position Overview

The DSP Dispatcher plays a critical role in daily operations, ensuring routes run efficiently, drivers are supported in the field, and Amazon performance metrics are met. We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, solve problems quickly, and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily dispatch operations and route launches
  • Monitor driver progress throughout the day using Cortex
  • Provide real-time support to drivers (rescues, reassignments, troubleshooting)
  • Track and manage performance metrics (DCR, POD, EOC, safety, on-time dispatch)
  • Coordinate rescue plans and route adjustments
  • Communicate directly with Amazon OTR leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company and Amazon policies
  • Assist with driver coaching and performance improvement

Requirements

  • Prior Amazon DSP dispatch experience REQUIRED
