? HR Operations & Administration
  • Keep Us Moving: Process biweekly payroll with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Benefits Guru: Administer comprehensive employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, FMLA, and leave programs.

  • Compliance & Records: Maintain, compute, and update crucial personnel files, I-9 files, and compliance reports in accordance with state and federal laws.

The Leadership Attributes We're Looking For

  • Master of Time Management: You can effortlessly juggle multiple deadlines and prioritize complex HR issues concurrently.

  • Exceptional Communicator: You are an active listener who knows how to deliver constructive feedback, coach leaders, and resolve conflicts confidently.

  • Assertive & Professional: You possess a consistent, professional leadership style that commands respect and inspires confidence across our segments.

Qualifications & Experience

To thrive in this role, you should bring a strong mix of operational grit and HR expertise:

  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven success as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.

  • Industry Background: Manufacturing experience is required.
