PositionResponsibilities

  • Research and book travel arrangements including air, hotel and ground transportation for company employees.

  • Verify and complete travel changes as they arise.

  • Maintain records related to company travel and assist with invoicing.

  • Communicate and follow through with various agencies and vendors.

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 5+ years in customer service. Experience in travel / hospitality a plus.

  • Good judgement in time-management and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment with accuracy.

  • Microsoft Office experience.
