As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you are bold, creative, and thrive in a collaborative environment. You will develop and execute strategies that drive growth and influence JLL's long term development. You will drive projects, solve problems, and develop recommendations through rigorous analysis, communicating your findings with conviction to key stakeholders

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Develop and execute strategy projects acrossall ofJLL's business lines and functions

  • Instilla customer-driven, fact-based, and objective approach to analysis, decision-making, and prioritization

  • Create frameworks to tackle complex problems

  • Partner with, and advise internal executives and stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on priorities and action

  • Coordinate and manage an enterprise competitive intelligence program to track andanalyzeactivities of core commercial real estate competitors, with regular reporting to senior leadership, to drive strategic decision-making

  • Build andmaintaina strong network across other JLL units (e.g. research, finance, investor relations, business line strategy units) to drive projects to success

  • Manage junior corporate strategy team members (associates,analysts, andinterns) and colleagues from other functions to execute strategy projects

Desired or preferred experience and skills

  • Bachelor's degreerequiredin business, finance, real estate, economics, or related fields; MBA/Masters preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate

  • Previousmanagement experience

  • Global business experience

  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or commercial real estate (with strong exposure to corporate strategy)

  • Excellent stakeholder management skillsand ability to interact with leadership in a mature and professional manner

  • Strong business judgment and executive presence

  • Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities; ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners

Estimated compensation for this position:

184,300.00 - 215,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
