Job Summary

The Corporate Partnerships Intern will work to help execute existing partnerships and develop new sponsorship sales concepts. They will be responsible for helping the Corporate Partnerships Sales and Activation teams execute game night activations, proof of performance, and new partner prospecting, utilizing data metrics to measure partnership performance. Candidates will also work closely with other teams within the Philadelphia Flyers organization to coordinate the fulfillment of partnership assets.
This internship will be based onsite in Philadelphia, PA and will run during the school year. Applicants must be college juniors, seniors, or graduate students currently enrolled in school.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Help execute Philadelphia Flyers game night experiences for clients and fans
  • Collect proof of performance photos during Flyers games and events
  • Work with all members of the Corporate Partnership Activation team to execute client deliverables
  • Work with Corporate Partnership Sales team on new client prospecting and pitches
  • Assist with scheduling TV virtual assets for locally broadcast games on NBCSP
  • Organize and maintain tracking systems for inventory and scheduling
  • Submit and manage digital banner ads with the league for placement on the Philadelphia Flyers official website
  • Learn data metrics in the Corporate Partnerships industry and apply data to measurement of the Corporate Partner portfolio
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects, adapting to changing schedules, finishing tasks quickly, and meeting deadlines
  • Must be highly detail-oriented, self-motivated communicator who follows direction and functions well in a dynamic environment
  • Must be available to work evenings, select holidays, and weekend hours as required by the event schedule.
  • Must be creative, well-organized, possess a strong work ethic and a desire and willingness to learn and pursue excellence.

Compensation

Base Pay: $15.00
