Job description


Become integral part of a strategic business unit, the Corporate Sales Department, by performing an efficient and client-centric sales process with our Corporate Clients. A well-established division already accounting for 30% of the annual revenue in the US, Corporate Sales are a crucial element of the company's strategy. Management believes it is an extensive commercial opportunity, and is therefore investing in the team, new tools and new resources. The Corporate Gifting Sales initial mission will the 2 essential tasks of creating quotes, invoices for corporate clients and completing the dunning process with regards to open invoices. Once comfortable and efficient with the system and these tasks, additional missions of client prospection and development may be granted.
Responsibilities
REPORTING AND TEAM
This position reports to the Head of Corporate Manager. They will also be in touch with the Corporate Sales Associate in the US, and Corporate Sales Team in France, Japan and Hong Kong.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gain proficiency in Corporate Catalog & company ERP Gourmet Receive training and gain proficiency in Corporate CRM Salesforce to: create new client profile (companies & contacts) and all opportunities engaged with prospects and clients Receive training and gain proficiency in ERP Gourmet to: look-up and locate inventory, create quotes, create invoices, create multi-address orders. Receive training in the product assortment of the Corporate Sales catalog
  • Create Corporate client quotes and Multi - addresses orders Upon request of incoming client calls or web inquiries, ability to create accurate quotes and Multi addresses orders, and communicate them in a professional, timely and accurate manner
  • Liaison between Corporate team and Supply Chain team. Able to answer questions from Supply Chain team regarding upcoming orders to ensure smooth order processing
  • Invoicing recurring clients. Several clients place orders on a regular basis. The Corporate Gifting Sales will be preparing the orders and shipments for these recurring clients and communicate the invoices and shipment confirmations to them. The Corporate Gifting Specialist will be the operational contact with these regular clients and will also share all information with the Corporate Sales Team and Corporate Manager.
  • Perform a thorough dunning process upon reception of the weekly dunning letters, communicate them to all corporate clients who have open invoices to remind them that payment is due
  • Client Recruitment Once the above tasks are mastered, the Corporate Gifting Specialist will be tasked to assist the Corporate Sales team in client recruitment efforts: database maintenance, industry research, and client outreach.
  • Participating in corporate events to expand outreach and connection

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education/Training: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • Experience: at least 7 years of sales experience required (preferably B2B sales)
  • Travel requirements: potential 5-10%
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
    • Sales skills, negotiation skills, analytical and reporting skills
    • Good professional written and verbal communication skills
    • Data Analysis and strong Computer Skills, including excel, CRM and Business Intelligence/ Data Analysis Programs. Experience with ERP system and Salesforce CRM is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a team and able to attend networking events.
    • Ability to be trained on a new ERP system
    • Ability to quickly gain comfort with the product catalog Rigorous, Ability to precisely follow a process. Willing to grow with the role after learning and mastering initial mission.
  • Must be available to work occasional weekends and evenings when participating in company trade or customer-related events
  • Must be able to travel to various off-site locations

WHAT DO WE OFFER
  • The base salary range for this position can be up to $66,300 to $75,000/year + annual and monthly bonus opportunities. We will consider various factors to determine the final offer for this role, including but not limited to relevant work experience, key skills, education and training.
