Job description

Win Waste Innovations is currently seeking a Corporate Manager of Fleet Maintenance that will assist in the development and implementation of operations and maintenance plans, ensuring minimum downtime and operational disruptions, and maximum asset lifespan. This role will report directly to Director of Fleet Maintenance and will work closely with internal teams across Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain, Pricing, Finance, and Legal.

Responsibilities:

  • Institute KPIs and performance measures to drive asset and organizational performance
  • Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance plans for all assets
  • Establish and implement the strategic vision for technician workforce including scope of work, training programs, onboarding plans, deployment strategies, and field effectiveness tactics
  • Develop, maintain and refine fleet maintenance training materials
  • Drive productivity through upskilling of the work force.
  • Manage relationship of third-party maintenance
  • Plan/develop and execute a vehicle and equipment replacement schedule
  • Maintain equipment records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Develop/amend SOP's as needed
  • Assist in the investigation of, as requested by the Safety Department, vehicle accidents and authorize any repairs or maintenance of company vehicles
  • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of supervisory experience
  • 3 years project management
  • Detailed understanding of project lifecycles in complex operational and business environments
  • Agile, PMP, Lean Six Sigma or other related certifications preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, & Word
  • Passionate about the clean energy transition
  • Data driven approach to problem solving
  • Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a team player
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic team
  • Ability to collaborate across departments within the company and external third parties using strong interpersonal and communication skills
