Location: Colorado

New Gig Solutions is working with a well-established law firm that is continuing to expand its corporate and business transactions practice. The firm is seeking a motivated Corporate Transactions Associate Attorney who enjoys working closely with business owners, entrepreneurs, and leadership teams on a variety of legal and transactional matters.

This position offers exposure to sophisticated business transactions, strong mentorship from senior attorneys, and the opportunity to become a trusted advisor to clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling both day-to-day corporate matters and larger strategic transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with corporate structuring, governance, and operational matters
  • Draft and negotiate business agreements, governance documents, and transactional contracts
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, ownership transitions, and related due diligence efforts
  • Research and analyze legal issues related to corporate operations, liability, compliance, and risk management
  • Work alongside senior attorneys on complex business transactions and strategic planning initiatives
