Position Overview:
Join our Georgia Pines: Altamonte Springs team asa Licensed Agent.
We seek a dynamic, motivated, committed individual to joinour Florida team! As our licensed agent, you will be the cornerstone of ourcustomer care and will be responsible for directly managing our customers. YourRole will involve providing support, writing new business, managing existingrelationships, offering product/service information, and resolving issues withour clients accurately and efficiently.
Job Duties:
  • Knowledge of both personal and commercial lines
  • Provide service for existing insurance agency customers
  • Quote, sell, and bind new policies
  • Actively focus on policy renewals and retention
  • Service customer concerns
  • Properly document and update all customer's informationwithin our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional mannerwhile actively listening to their concerns
  • Mail and document management
  • Other duties, as requested

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Experienced 2-20 Property & Casualty license
  • HOA/COA Insurance Experience Preferred
  • M-F from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Be proficient in the rules and regulations related topersonal lines and commercial lines insurance
  • Ability to handle high-volume phone and email requests
  • Excellent servicing and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, speakarticulately and persuasively
  • Must be a team player and dependable
  • Computer skills are necessary, i.e., Word & Excel
  • Possess strong drive, ambition, and goal-oriented
