Fire Protection Technicians are professionals who inspect, install, maintain, and repair fire safety equipment and systems, such as alarms, sprinklers, and extinguishers. They ensure that buildings comply with fire codes and regulations to protect people and property from fire hazards. Their work involves routine inspections, testing of systems, troubleshooting malfunctions, and educating building occupants about fire safety procedures.
