Job Description

Information Systems Analyst | Core Conversion & IT Systems

Position Overview

A growing credit union is seeking a versatile IT professional to support its technology environment and play a key role in an upcoming conversion from Fiserv XP2 to Corelation Keystone.

Reporting to the Director of Technology, this position supports core banking applications, servers, endpoints, networks, business systems, integrations, reporting tools, imaging, telephony, cybersecurity, and user support.

During the conversion, this role will focus heavily on requirements gathering, data mapping and validation, configuration, interface coordination, testing, reconciliation, documentation, cutover, issue resolution, and post-conversion stabilization. After go-live, the position will help administer Keystone and its connected systems while continuing to support broader IT operations.

Because the IT team is small, this role requires flexibility, strong troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to work across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, help desk, vendors, and technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary IT resource for the Fiserv XP2 to Corelation Keystone conversion
  • Support requirements gathering, data mapping, validation, configuration, testing, reconciliation, cutover, and stabilization
  • Coordinate with Corelation, internal departments, and third-party vendors
  • Support mock conversions, user-acceptance testing, go-live, and related after-hours work
  • Administer Keystone after conversion, including access, workflows, forms, reports, scheduled processing, integrations, upgrades, and issue resolution
  • Maintain system, interface, testing, procedure, and vendor documentation
  • Create or assist with reports, queries, extracts, reconciliations, and data requests
  • Support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, VMware, endpoint management, security, backups, networking, and related platforms
  • Assist with patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, certificates, identity and access management, and system hardening
  • Troubleshoot servers, workstations, networks, peripherals, and connectivity
  • Support disaster recovery, business continuity, incident response, and cybersecurity programs
  • Support online and mobile banking, cards, ATMs, payments, lending, imaging, telephony, reporting, and data warehouse systems
  • Monitor interfaces and scheduled processes and resolve transmission failures
  • Coordinate upgrades, integrations, vendor changes, and technology implementations
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve controls
  • Provide advanced help-desk support
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, equipment deployment, account provisioning, and access changes
  • Create user documentation and provide system training
  • Participate in an equitable after-hours and weekend support rotation
  • Perform duties in accordance with BSA/AML/OFAC policies and complete required annual training
Qualifications
  • Corelation Keystone or comparable core-banking experience
  • Fiserv XP2 experience
  • Participation in a core conversion or major system implementation
  • SQL, reporting, data validation, or reconciliation
  • Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware, Intune, Defender, or similar platforms
  • Server administration, virtualization, networking, secure file transfer, APIs, certificates, and integrations
  • Cloud-based telephony
  • Data-imaging systems
  • SSL certificate management
  • Credit union or banking operations
  • Microsoft or VMware certifications
