We are currently seeking an Infrastructure Operations Consultant - Core Banking to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

Location: New Jersey (Onsite)
Language Requirement: English proficiency required

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Specialist with strong expertise in T24 / core banking systems operating within a Windows Server environment. The ideal candidate will support infrastructure operations, system testing, incident management, and operational flow design for mission-critical banking applications.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Experience designing and managing operational flows and batch processing workflows 
  • Familiarity with operational processes, runbooks, and support methodologies 
  • Ability to work across infrastructure, application, and business teams 
  • Experience with monitoring and scheduling tools

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, production support, or system operations within Windows Server environments 
  • 3+ years of experience supporting core banking systems (T24 preferred) 
  • 3+ years of experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in production environments 
  • 3+ years of experience supporting system testing, release activities, and operational readiness 
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Banking or financial services industry experience
  • Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and scheduling tools
  • Experience working in high-availability production environments
  • Ability to coordinate with offshore/onshore teams

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this hybrid role is $127,890-$170,520. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position in the Jersey City, NJ area. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.  This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
