YOU WILL BE:
The Consultant, Org Consulting supports the successful execution of complex, enterprise-level initiatives by developing high-impact deliverables, managing workstream dependencies, and facilitating robust cross-functional collaboration. Working under the strategic guidance of senior leadership, this individual synthesizes large amounts of data, supports design of organizational frameworks, and enables seamless alignment across diverse business units to drive progress against critical project milestones.
With a strong focus on learning and execution, this role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. The individual is expected to take ownership of assigned work, remain responsive to shifting priorities, and actively contribute to a positive team environment while building foundational skills for future growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Supports the team in the development and execution of strategies and frameworks directly related to enterprise-level operating model definition, enterprise-level organization design, in-function / cross-functional process improvement; contributes to key deliverables and proactively managing their own and others' work against core timelines.
  • Leverages strategies and frameworks developed by the team to shape their own deliverables with some oversight; able to produce high-quality, accurate drafts of core documents such as project frameworks, project plans, and project analysis.
  • Builds strong working relationships by listening actively, seeking input, and valuing different perspectives to enable more efficient and effective execution of program efforts.
  • Applies analytical capabilities to in-flight programs and initiatives, identifying basic trends and patterns in data or outcomes.
  • Supports the team in proactively identifying everyday challenges and proposing practical solutions; assists team leadership in escalating key risks and issues through the appropriate frameworks that support the program or initiative (e.g., status reports).
  • Communicates clearly and respectfully - both in writing and in conversation - by tailoring messages to the audience and setting.
  • Shows up with professionalism and confidence, demonstrating self-awareness and a respectful approach in team interactions.
  • Embraces change with a learning mindset by adapting to new priorities, accepting feedback, and seeking opportunities to grow.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in organization design, change management, or business transformation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation capabilities with proven ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Ability to build trust and drive alignment across diverse and matrixed stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications (nice to haves):
  • Experience in a consulting or enterprise-level organizational effectiveness function preferred.
