Azusa Solutions is seeking an Oracle Fusion Core HCM Functional Consultant to join our team of talented consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company comprised of highly qualified, highly impactful, and multi-talented individuals.

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilledFunctional Oracle HCM Cloud Consultantto join our team and support the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of Oracle Cloud HCM suite. This role is focused on providing subject matter expertise, functional guidance, and hands-on configuration support to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Proficient in Oracle Cloud Core HCM,guiding clients through best practices, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Support functional requirements gathering, design workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Configure Oracle Core HCM Cloud features, such as learning catalogs, content, communities, ILT, and blended learning programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Talent, IT, and Change Management to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support end-user documentation developmentand end-user support resources.
  • Stay up to date with Oracle quarterly updates and assess their impact on the client's current solution.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Functional Consultant with Oracle HCM Cloud, with specific experience in Core HCM.
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud Core HCM.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Core HCMand its integration points.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, and Support.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM Certification preferred.
