The Account Manager is responsible for representing the entire range of ProTechnics products and is responsible for managing and growing client relationships. This role requires leading the customer account planning cycle, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer needs and expectations are consistently met. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service and technical solutions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leads all aspects of the sales process by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, generating new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Work closely with operations, laboratory, and management teams to meet performance objectives and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, maintain accurate customer information, and build strong, professional relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Continuously assess and validate client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure high satisfaction ratings aligned with company standards.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for volume, revenue, and profitability, while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of a client's position in the market, their needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
  • Oversee client input and feedback with clear timelines, and prepare/deliver proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Complete required training and professional development objectives within established timelines.
  • Occasional (30%) travel is required to client sites and industry events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma required.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience required.
  • Experience in completions operations and hydraulic fracturing required.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is required.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record are required.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with proven success delivering technical presentations to clients.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude with the ability to address complex challenges.
  • Solid knowledge of proppants and related industry practices.
