As a Core Operations Analyst on the Account Enablement team, you will support the setup and ongoing maintenance of Capital Group's Retail products, Institutional/Separate accounts, SMA products, and PCS client accounts. You will develop into a broad subject matter expert across key platforms within the team's remit, including (but not limited to) BlackRock Aladdin, DTCC ALERT, FX Connect, FXall, Tradeweb, and Market Axess.

In this role, you will serve as a primary reviewer for the Account Enablement space, acting as a critical quality and risk control by applying a meticulous, highly detailoriented lensto ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards across all work. You bring strong problemsolving capabilities and an exceptionally sharp eye for detail, along with the curiosity, sound judgment, and actionoriented mindset required to navigate complex or ambiguous-often firsttime-situations. You will quickly develop proficiency in leveraging our systems to research, thoroughly diagnose, and resolve operational issues with precision and consistency. You will help lead centralized operational issue triage and resolution, working closely with custodian banks and other thirdparty providers, clientfacing partners, and internal Capital Group teams.

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $87,776-$140,442

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
