Responsibilities
The Sr Manager, Commercial Strategy & Growth is responsible for shaping and advancing regional commercial growth strategies and strategic operating frameworks across the Americas region. This role partners closely with senior commercial leadership to define strategic priorities, establish governance models, and drive alignment across critical business initiatives. The position leads highly complex strategic initiatives with significant business impact and serves as a key advisor on commercial growth opportunities, portfolio prioritization, launch governance, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead development of regional commercial growth strategies and long-range planning initiatives
โ€ข Establish strategic frameworks and governance models to support commercial decision-making
โ€ข Drive portfolio prioritization and commercial resource allocation recommendations
โ€ข Lead strategic planning and growth acceleration initiatives across franchises and business units
โ€ข Influence senior leadership alignment on key strategic priorities and commercial tradeoffs
โ€ข Develop enterprise-level business cases and strategic scenario analyses
โ€ข Design and optimize commercial operating models and strategic business processes
โ€ข Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning discussions
โ€ข Identify emerging business opportunities, risks, and market dynamics impacting growth strategies
โ€ข Mentor and guide junior strategy team members and initiative leaders

  • 12+ years of experience in commercial analytics, strategy, consulting, finance, sales operations, or related field; Combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm preferred.
  • Candidates will be considered based on an appropriate combination of education and relevant professional experience. The relevance, depth, and transferability of prior experience will be evaluated in determining overall qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior leadership and strategic business decisions required

  • Healthcare, medical device, or life sciences experience strongly preferred
