The Opportunity:
Booz Allen is looking for a Senior Copywriter who leads with persuasion and lands ideas with precision. Someone who can write a headline that stops a scroll and a brand campaign that leavesa lasting impression.

This role exists because we need sharp, distinctive marketing that positions Booz Allen as a moderntechnology brand.You'lltranslate complexproducts andcapabilities such as defense tech, cyber,AI,and emerging tech, into copies that connect with real audiences and shape how the market sees us.Advertising is the anchor, but this role extends to any moment when copy shapes perception. Short form, long form, digital, or print, youwillmove between all of it without losing the thread.

We'relooking for talent who brings fresh creative instincts and a portfolio that proves it. You'llbe anindividual contributor working alongside marketers, strategists, designers, and subject matter experts to shape campaigns that matter.Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.


What You'll Work On:

  • Write high-impact copy for digital and print advertising such as display ads, paid social, email, out-of-home, and print, where every word earns its place.
  • Develop headlines, taglines, and CTAs that stop scrolling, build brand affinity, and drive engagement.
  • Lead copy development across integrated campaigns such as digital ads, out-of-home, landing pages,andemail.
  • Write across short and long-formwith equal command.
  • Generate fresh campaign concepts that challenge conventional approaches and elevate Booz Allen's brand presence.
  • Apply a clear understanding of audience psychology and what resonates with a senior decision-maker.
  • Translate highly technical subject matter into compelling, benefit-driven messaging without diluting it.
  • Partner with design and art direction to develop cohesive, high-impact creative.
  • Align messaging to brand priorities across awareness and engagement, including reach, recall, share of voice, and audience engagement.
  • Partner with digital and marketing teams tounderstandhowcopies are landing and refine accordingly.
  • Treat audience and campaign data as creative feedback and act on it.
  • Work across marketing,content strategy, andinternal stakeholdersfrom brief through post-campaign evaluation.
  • Collaborate with design to ensure copies and visuals reinforce each other.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate ideation and workflow without sacrificing editorial rigor.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
