Overview
• Our Brand/Marketing team has ~20 people consisting of two teams. The Brand team is responsible for brand marketing and sponsorship activations to drive awareness and affinity. The Marketing team its responsible for marketing to residential and business customers to drive program enrollment. There is also a shared body of work to communicate with customers about their account or service, unrelated to marketing that is partially managed by the brand/marketing team in partnership with the Communications team.
Job Description:
• Guide the execution of deliverables from concept through completion, relying on best practices. Collaborates with colleagues to aide in the development of marketing campaigns aligned to business needs and brand execution.
• Collaborate to create and execute clear, actionable briefs for creatives (e.g., copywriters, designers, etc.). Working with colleagues, coordinate assignments and work of creatives.
• Capture all deliverables projects and create work-back plans that include goals, measurable objectives, tactics, resources, timelines, budget, key review cycles, stakeholders, decision makers.
• Coordinate with designers, writers, and other creatives in the development of assets. Showcase strong organizational and time management skills, combined with the ability to prioritize work based on business strategy.
• Act as an ambassador of the brand, ensuring brand standards are maintained throughout campaigns.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or similar field plus 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced skills in collaboration, relationship building, negotiation, influence, style flexing and conflict competence.
• Advanced skills in communication, including presentations.
• Intermediate skills in all stages of project management; intermediate skills in analyzing complex information to make a recommendation; intermediate skills in organization and prioritization, problem solving and innovation.
• Intermediate skills in process improvement, self-management and taking the initiative; and intermediate skills in thinking critically, asking probing questions, and understanding root cause issues.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and able to work variable hours to meet business needs.
• Must be able to follow processes and procedures and consistently meet attendance standards for regular, reliable, predictable, full-time attendance.
• The team is typically in the office 1-2 days a week to have a chance to collaborate, meet and interact in-person. If the chosen candidate prefers working in an office, that can be accommodated.

• Solid project management skills, the ability to guide work from initiation to completion. Proficient in using project management software.
• Efficient, open, collaborative, strategic, creative, sees the big/holistic picture, customer-oriented, results driven and can work well with a team, but also does not need a lot of direction to finalize a project. Candidates must have experience in either a corp creative department or marketing/branding agency or any agency experience
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure work produced is aligned
