Job description

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role, reporting to the Director of Marketing. Role is responsible for leading social media, influencer & UGC partnerships, and affiliate marketing, while supporting broader marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate understands today's digital landscape, stays ahead of trends, and knows how to turn compelling content into measurable business results.

  • Develop and execute the social media strategy and creative content – including reels, posts, etc. across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and manage influencer, UGC, and affiliate marketing programs from recruitment through performance analysis.
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, retail initiatives, and seasonal promotions.
  • Monitor and report on social, influencer, affiliate, and digital marketing performance.
  • Track key performance metrics including engagement, traffic, conversions, affiliate revenue, creator performance, and customer acquisition.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related experience.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within beauty, wellness, consumer products, or ecommerce.
  • Experience managing social media, content marketing, influencer programs, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience recruiting and managing influencers, affiliates, and UGC creators.
  • Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
