Job Summary:

The Product Manager, Vice President in Global Customer Platform is responsible for innovating new product offerings, guiding successful launches, and ensuring top-tier client experiences while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Partners with senior leaders to develop clear, compelling, consistent messaging strategies that reflect the business vision through written and visual storytelling, enhancing leadership understanding, and driving product strategy
• Translates and communicates highly technical data-driven concepts into business-facing language
• Designs impactful slides and presentations to support executive narratives and speaking engagements
• Manages the development and distribution of internal communications, ensuring a consistent voice across all channels
• Partners across the firm to improve awareness of strategic objectives and business priorities
• Prepares briefing materials, presentations, and talking points, assisting teammates with presentations and speaking engagements to ensure a consistent voice of the Global Customer Platform (GCP)
• Manages Design Partners, convening the right stakeholders to co-prioritize where partners lean in, and demonstrate measurable value from the design relationship to strengthen and scale our platform
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Expertise in authoring executive communications
• Experience in agile methodology
• Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel and copywriting
• Experience with strategic planning and KPI development
• Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
• Experience collaborating with developers, database architects and technical product leaders to translate technical language to business-facing language
• Demonstrated ability leveraging AI to accelerate message development (drafting, editing, audience-tailoring) and to build/enable automated processes that improve throughput, consistency, and quality
Preferred:
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Experience with Jira and Align
• Confluence intranet page design and management
