  • Supports President and VP-level executives.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of staffs schedules.
  • Arranges in-person and virtual meetings, maintains hard and soft-copy records which may involve proprietary information, maintains office supplies and coordinates/makes travel arrangements. Provides general administrative support such as typing, collating, filing and data entry.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; customer focus and ability to handle highly confidential information.
  • Superior organizational skills and good analytical ability.
  • Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with making travel arrangements
  • 5+ years related work experience.
  • Requires an HS Diploma.
  • AAS in Secretarial Sciences, Business or Human Resrources preferred or equivalent experience
  • Requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Peoplesoft.
