Job description:

Expanding Legal Copy Service is seeking a Full Time Applicant to perform tasks as an Coordinator / Expeditor for Record Retrieval position. Full Time remote position available. Hours of Operation: 8- 5 PST.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • 40-50 incoming and out going calls to facilities and locations as a scheduler /appointment setter / Coordinator.
  • Check status on pending records and retrieve them in a timely fashion;
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure they are satisfied with services.
  • Build relationships with facilities and/or locations to help escalate issues to retrieve records within the lime frame provided.
  • Verification, research, managing calendar;
  • Eams & Case Searches
  • Check accuracy of documents received;
  • Reviewing billing and insuring accuracy from providers;
  • Preparing, sending, receiving, responding to correspondence, bills, declaration of due diligence, along with other documents.
  • Sorting, mailing, faxing, filing, emailing;
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience in working in a legal copy service is highly desired but not required.
  • Experience in legal/medical retrieval company a plus.
  • Self Starter who is capable of managing multiple tasks, detail oriented and meet critical deadlines;
  • Ability to work in fast paced team environment;
  • Ability to work independently and be able to thing creatively out of the box to retrieving records.
  • Basic Knowledge of Excel, Word, Email, Calendar, Internet required;
  • Able to work well with Others and meet deadlines;
  • Building Client Relations
  • Work well under pressure with strong verbal communication skills including active listening;
  • Professional attitude and outgoing personality;
  • Customers Service (CSR) experience required.
  • Good phone etiquette.
