Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • At least 2+ years of member/customer service experience.
  • Microsoft Office Excel and Word experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of walk-in members at the branch location.
  • Assist other departments with proper assignment of tickets, applications, and emails.
  • Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional, and timely manner, providing prompt, accurate, and efficient member assistance.
  • Assign Silver Cloud inquiries to the appropriate staff.
  • Handle the incoming and outgoing mail and distribute accordingly.
  • Ensure the Lobby information is up to date, properly stocked, and clean.
  • Approve check orders, if applicable.
  • Extract required documents for subpoenas, upon request.
  • Ensure each copy room has adequate office supplies and place office supply orders when necessary.
  • Update member W8 information.
  • Assist online members with their Travel Notices for plastic cards.
  • Assign inbound emails to team members.
