JOB PURPOSE

Support the Marketing & Brand Experience department through the design and production of high-quality materials for all divisions of the company. This role collaborates closely with the entire department to execute creative needs, including but not limited to digital and print collateral, social media graphics, photography, and presentation materials. Responsible for managing design projects independently, assisting with light marketing functions, and ensuring brand consistency across all internal and external communications.

Design Production & Collaboration:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team on photography needs including headshots, property photography, event photography, and photo editing.
  2. Create multi-page materials such as brochures, lookbooks, offering memorandums, proposals, and other marketing collateral for all departments.
  3. Design and refine presentation decks to support internal teams and business development initiatives.
  4. Ensure all materials align with company brand standards and visual identity guidelines.
  5. Provide fresh creative input, new concepts, and innovative design solutions to enhance department output.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Produce and update short-form collateral such as single-or multi page layouts, recurring informational materials, and other quick-turn design pieces.
  2. Coordinate and manage printing needs, including file preparation, proofing communication with print vendors.
  3. Execute simple rebrands or refreshes of existing materials, templates, and layouts.
  4. Develop graphics for PR efforts and social media channels, maintaining consistency across platforms.
  5. Assist with email marketing efforts by providing visual assets, layout support ad recommendations for improving visual effectiveness.
  6. Contribute to social media content creation, including image creation, resizing, video editing, and occasional light copy support when needed.
  7. Assist in maintaining templates, brand libraries, and creative asset organization.

Support Responsibilities:

  1. Support internal newsletters, company event marketing, and brand management initiatives.
  2. Support website design and functionality updates in collaboration with team members. 
  3. Assist with Telemetry and other visual asset repositories when necessary.

 Secondary Duties:

  1. Participate in department planning discussions, offering creative suggestions and solutions.
  2. Assist in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and internal engagement events.
  3. Support other departments with marketing or design needs as assigned.
  4. Participate in staff development, training, and meeting as required.
  5. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. 


Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high energy and team-oriented environment.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with peers, accept feedback, and co-own creative deliverables.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize assignments, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, flexible, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); working knowledge of Canva is a plus.
  • Basic marketing knowledge, especially related to social media and email marketing best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Photography and photo editing capabilities preferred.

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or related field preferred. Demonstrated related experience may be substituted for preferred education.
  • 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience required (agency or in-house experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital and print production, layout design, and brand-aligned creative execution.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g. MailChimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact) preferred but not required.
  • Experience preparing print ready files and working with vendors.
  • Photography and/or basic video editing experience preferred but not required.

WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Travel up to 25% to sites beyond the corporate office.
  • Perform sedentary work - exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • See, hear, talk, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity; kneel, sit, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push, and other similar, repetitive tasks requiring physical activity.
  • Able to operate standard office/computer equipment.
