Job description

We are a passionate team committed to our vision of creating financial solutions that make lives better and we're seeking an experienced and strategic FP&A Manager to join our Corporate Finance team.
As the FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's financial direction by delivering forward-looking insights, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing data-driven analysis to support strategic decision-making. You'll partner cross-functionally with business leaders, enhance financial planning tools and processes, and help ensure the long-term financial health of the credit union.
What you'll need to be successful:
Financial Leadership & Expertise: Strong experience in financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and budgeting. Knowledge of Asset/Liability Management (ALM) and balance sheet analytics
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to partner with stakeholders across all organizational levels
Experience & Education: Five+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or related fields. Experience in a financial institution preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with FP&A or ALM systems preferred.
