Location: Inoffice. DMV area only. No remote. (Hybrid in future)
Description: Were building largescale AI agent systems using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and internal business data. This is not a theory role and not a learning role. We need a senior, plugandplay engineer who has already built real Copilot Studio agents in production, full stack systems around them, and knows how to make them actually work in the real world. You will come into the office, learn our operation fast, and help us build.
Requirements (nonnegotiable):
  • Microsoft Certified (Power Platform / Copilot Studio related)
  • Proven, handson experience building Copilot Studio agents (not demos, not tutorials)
  • Full stack experience working with Dataverse
  • Strong proficiency using Claude (actual use, not experimentation)
  • Has already built systems similar to what we are building now
  • Can work independently with minimal handholding

  • Not entry level
  • Not a learn as you go role
  • Not remote
  • Not for people who only understand this stuff in theory
