Job Title: Solutions Architect

Location: Redmond, WA (100% Onsite)

Overview

Microsoft is seeking a Solutions Architect with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, automation, and enterprise support operations. This role will focus on designing and supporting AI-powered automation solutions, improving incident management processes, and enhancing operational efficiency across enterprise security and identity platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, deploy, and support AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Design automation solutions using Copilot, Power Platform, and IcM APIs.
  • Develop incident detection, alerting, classification, and remediation automation.
  • Support enterprise identity and security platforms including YubiKey, MFA, and authentication services.
  • Manage customer interactions and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive process improvements.
  • Create dashboards and reporting using Power BI.
  • Develop SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams.
