Cyborg Mobile

Redmond, WA โ€ข On-site

$144K - $187K/yr

Temporary

Posted 20 days ago

Job description

The Opportunity

Cyborg Mobile is staffing a small team of agent TPMs embedded directly with one of our Fortune 100 tech clients. This is a rare opportunity to be designing, building, and deploying real AI agents inside one of the most complex environments in the world. You'll be building things that go live.

This is a 12-month engagement (aiming for early to mid July) with a defined scope, a dedicated team, and meaningful work from day one. We are looking for junior TPMs, so those just getting started in the field. We especially welcome applicants from community college or those taking a hiatus from school to explore real workplace experience.

What You'll Do

  • Assess operational workflows inside our client's Operations and Admin environment and identify where AI agents and automation will create the most impact
  • Design and build AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI services, and related tooling
  • Curate content, document processes, and capture institutional knowledge across M365 workflows
  • Integrate agents and automations with existing M365 systems, data sources, and business processes
  • Partner directly with end customers and administrators, including running discovery conversations and supporting adoption
  • Own QA, testing, and iterative refinement of deployed agents
  • Document agent architectures, workflows, and operational runbooks
  • Deliver knowledge transfer and training to internal stakeholders
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed solutions throughout the engagement

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience building with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Power Automate
  • Familiarity with Azure AI services and how they connect to M365 environments
  • Strong process documentation and discovery skills; you know how to talk to stakeholders and translate what you learn into something buildable
  • Experience with systems integration (connecting agents to real data sources and business workflows)
  • A bias toward shipping: you test, iterate, and improve

Nice-to-haves:

  • Prior experience in a client-facing or embedded consulting model
  • Exposure to Microsoft tools, SharePoint, or Teams-based workflow design
  • Experience with AI/automation QA and runbook documentation
  • Software engineering background

Above all, we are looking for people who are passionate about this work, have the grit and eagerness to learn what enterprise AI demands, and show up every day ready to build something that matters.

Who Thrives in This Role

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating with some ambiguity, earns trust quickly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and takes pride in delivering work that actually gets used.
