Fullstack Agentic AI developers
Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid)
Your Primary Focus
  • Monitor & Detect: Set up telemetry to watch system health (QoS). Use ML to spot anomalies and trigger automatic alerts.
  • Build the Agent: Use Semantic Kernel or Azure AI Foundry to build an AI Agent that can "think" and execute technical fixes (Auto-Remediation).
  • Legal Guardrails: Ensure the Agent uses RAG and MCP to check Microsoft's legal and compliance rules before taking any action.

Skills We're Looking For
  • Agentic AI: Experience building AI that does things, not just talks (using Semantic Kernel or AI Foundry).
  • Advanced AI Tech: Hands-on with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
  • Data & ML: Strong ability to analyze logs/telemetry and implement ML Anomaly Detection.
  • Tech Analysis: A "detective" mindset-the ability to look at complex systems and figure out how to automate a fix.
  • Prior working experience with Microsoft and Microsoft AI tools, Copilot, AI Foundry, Github Copilot.
