Job Description We are seeking a Senior Engineer, Copilot and Agentic Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, and agent creation and a proven ability to deliver modern, Agile solutions while mentoring engineers and advancing engineering practices. Responsibilities: Define and prioritize product requirements to enable developers to use Copilot and prompt engineering effectively. Use Copilot hands-on for instructions, prompts, skills, and agent development. Design and implement agentic solutions and patterns. Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, UI/UX Designers, App Developers, product owners, and clients to deliver solutions. Coordinate project management and stakeholder engagement across Technology, Sales, Client Education, Finance, and Legal. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align on strategy, standards, and delivery practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including creating skills and agents. Strong prompt engineering and applied AI problem-solving skills. Excellent collaboration and communication abilities across cross-functional teams. 3+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years working with AI tools such as Copilot. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Subject matter expertise in Mobile Applications, mobile frameworks, product technical aspects, and underlying data. Hands-on experience designing and building applications using Copilot. Preferred Skills: Experience applying Agile and modern engineering practices to AI-enabled software delivery. Background integrating Copilot-driven agents with mobile applications and data platforms. Role Logistics and Schedule: Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Charlotte, NC.
