Position Title: Director - Software/ AI Native Engineer

Location: ST. Louis, MO

Years of Experience: 8+ Years

  • Deep understanding of: Software Engineering, Cloud Native Architecture, API Management, Microservices, DevOps & Platform Engineering
  • Experience with: GitHub Copilot, Claude Code CLI, AI-assisted development platforms, LLM integrations, Agentic systems, AI orchestration frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of AWS enterprise cloud platform
  • Experience building AI-native engineering organizations.
  • Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) architectures and agent ecosystems.
  • Experience with AI Foundry, Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI platforms.
  • Experience implementing enterprise developer platforms and internal engineering products.
  • Strong understanding of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.

The pay range for this role is $175,000 - $180,000*per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insuranceand paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience and location of the candidate.
