What You'll Do

As a Project Coordinator, you'll provide project coordination and administrative support that helps our project teams remain organized, accurate, and on schedule. You'll assist with project setup, documentation, compliance tracking, invoicing support, and coordination across multiple departments while ensuring project information is current and complete. Your attention to detail, organization, and service-oriented approach will help teams deliver successful projects.

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a business environment, project coordination, or administrative support role, or a business-focused degree with relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles
  • Basic understanding of Accounts Payable/Receivable processes strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with an ERP system (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred but not required)
  • Experience with Supplier Diversity Management software is preferred but not required
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, service-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
