About the Role

As an Estimating Coordinator, you will support the estimating team by coordinating bid preparation, managing proposal documentation, and ensuring compliance for public and private projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
  • 10+ years of relevant estimating or construction coordination experience
  • Proficiency with HeavyBid, construction estimating software, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in roadway safety and traffic control estimating, including pavement marking projects
  • Experience with DOT or public works bidding, DOT bid documentation, and government contracting paperwork
  • Experience with prequalification submissions and coordinating required bid bonds
  • Experience coordinating with a Senior Estimator and external stakeholders
  • Availability for occasional extra hours around bid deadlines and early-morning submission windows
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
