The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

As a Referral Development Coordinator at Children's Specialized Hospital, you'll support efforts to grow awareness of CSH services and strengthen relationships with current and future referral sources. From coordinating outreach and presentations to supporting patient navigation, managing stakeholder information, and researching new opportunities, you'll help turn connections into meaningful pathways to care.

As a Referral Development Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives designed to achieve organizational volume and referral goals.
  • Build and manage relationships, contacts, referrals, and information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Document and assign activities, tasks, outreach efforts, and related data in the CRM system.
  • Correspond with current and prospective stakeholders and serve as a link between the organization and referral sources.
  • Assist with administrative tasks that support business and referral development activities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate presentations and meetings that support referral development objectives.
  • Support patient navigation processes, including consumer-facing conversations, data gathering, outreach coordination, follow-up, documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Research and deliver information that supports referral development strategies and initiatives.
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the business and referral development team as requested.
  • Represent and support business and referral development activities both on and off site.
  • Collaborate on new and expanded service and program launches, including identifying market potential.
  • Develop and implement customer relations strategies and innovative approaches to engage referral sources and build enthusiasm for CSH services.
