Seeking  to fill in one cross functional  global project Coordinator/ Project manager for immediate hybrid contract opportunity with  my direct client  in  Maplewood MN.

Note: 4 days on site,1 day remote

Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving. Responsible for and authorized to manage the IT portion of a project.

Responsibilities: Provide Leadership to all IT related aspects of the project. Integration (Planning) Management, Global alignment, Provide Scope, Cost and Resource Management for the project. Time Management, Resource planning, Quality Management, Communications Management, Risk Management and Procurement Management. Be objective in setting and assessing work, ensuring team buy-in.

Maintain the project plan, timeline, and RAID log (risks, actions, issues, decisions)

Coordinate with functional and technical workstream leads (finance, supply chain, IT, data migration) to track progress

Schedule and run status meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, and action trackers

Support testing coordination (UAT scheduling, defect tracking, sign-off documentation)

Assist with change management activities โ€” training schedules, communications, stakeholder updates

Track project budget and vendor/resource allocation against plan

Prepare status reports and dashboards for steering committee and sponsors

Escalate risks and blockers to the Project Manager in a timely manner

Skills:  

Requirements

1โ€“3 years project coordination or project management experience, ideally on ERP or large systems implementations

Familiarity with SAP or S/4HANA a strong plus (not required)

Proficiency with project tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders

CAPM or PMP (or actively pursuing) a plus

Reports to: S4 Migration PMO Leal

Project coordination and scheduling (MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira)

RAID log / risk and issue tracking

ERP or large-scale systems implementation exposure (SAP/S4HANA a plus)

UAT coordination and defect tracking

Status reporting and dashboard creation for steering committees

Stakeholder communication and change management support

Meeting facilitation, agenda and minutes preparation

Education:        

Bachelors - Business Administration, or Management Information System, or related field.
