Job description

Responsibilities The Sponsor is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to serve as a Project Integrator. As a critical member of a larger Principal Support Team, the selected Project Integrator will provide cross-functional support. The primary focus will be on supporting the Front Office Senior Executive Officers and working closely with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistants, and various support team members. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Oversee and manage calendars for Front Office Executive Leadership to streamline coordination, providing deconfliction support where appropriate.
* Assist leadership with managing and tracking email correspondence and coordinating office responses to TaskIts.
* Manage and monitor check-in and check-out process for all personnel within the organization including EARRS requests, badge access, and vault access.
* Manage and maintain phone lists, phone cards, email groups, and shared drive access.
* Serve as the Front Office Vault Custodian.
* Attend meetings with members of the Front Office to take notes and provide meeting minutes.
* Perform various administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, initiating work orders, and coordinating events.
Qualifications * Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
* Bachelor's degree in arelated field with a minimum of 10 years of experience including at least 3 years supporting this customer.
* BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
* Demonstrated experience providing C-suite and/or Executive-level support.
* Excellent judgment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level correspondence.
* Outstanding organizational and planning skills with the ability to synthesize large quantities of disparate information.
* Strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to keep complex organizations or initiatives on schedule to meet deadlines.
* Self-starter and team player with a "can-do" attitude and solid project management skills (e.g. planning, tracking, and reporting).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities. * Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
* Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to improve and streamline processes.
Desired Qualifications * Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. * Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. * Prior experience supporting the customer's enterprise IT and/or mission support environment.
* Familiarity and experience with customer access management, travel, and action planning tools. Equal Pay Act This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
