What does a coordinator hotel do?

A Coordinator Hotels is responsible for managing and organizing hotel-related operations, often acting as a liaison between guests, staff, and management. Their duties typically include coordinating reservations, handling guest inquiries, overseeing event planning, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They may also assist with logistics for group bookings, maintain relationships with vendors, and support the smooth execution of hotel services.
