What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist customers and service staff in identifying and locating the correct parts
  • Recommend companion parts and inform customers of specials and promotions
  • Ensure customers are aware of the full range of available products
  • Fulfill internal parts requests from service technicians and dealership staff
  • Receive, inspect, and organize parts shipments
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized parts department
  • Perform periodic inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy
  • Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
What We're Looking For
  • Prior automotive or dealership experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A positive, motivated attitude and willingness to be a team player
