Job description

We are looking for a rare hybrid to join our company: someone who is just as passionate about building a flawless spreadsheet as they are about picking up the phone to close a deal or save an account. This isn't your average desk job, and we need an operational powerhouse who thrives in the space between administrative coordination and revenue generation.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Sales & Retention: Take inbound calls, proactively call on existing accounts, plan retention strategies, generate proposals, and ensure clean handoffs for B2B and residential business.
  • Build the Engine: Establish and maintain written SOPs, track sales KPIs for the company dashboard, and manage our Salesforce pipeline.
  • Customer Engagement: Answer inbound calls and emails with a customer-first mindset, resolving inquiries or seamlessly routing them.
  • Coordinate Marketing: Own the marketing calendar, coordinate online/mail campaigns, measure responses, and occasionally represent us at association events.

Who You Are

  • Ruthlessly Organized: You don't wait to be told what to do. You see an inefficient process, write the SOP, fix it, and move on.
  • A Natural on the Phone: You are perfectly comfortable pitching new breakroom solutions, resolving complaints, or negotiating contracts.
  • Ego-Free: You check your ego at the door. "That's not my job" isn't in your vocabularyโ€”you happily shift from a high-level sales strategy meeting to answering a routine customer service call.
  • Growth-Oriented: You understand that administrative coordination exists to support revenue, and you are excited to hit KPIs and help the company grow.
