Currently, Recro is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Dedicated Phone Technician join our team in McLean, VA. Clearance • TS/SCI FS Poly Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Support all facets of telephone installation, maintenance, and hardware troubleshooting a variety of telephone hardware (VoIP and legacy systems). * Execute infrastructure tasks, including pulling, terminating, and dressing cabling in strict accordance with industry regulations and Sponsor standards. * Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including faulty connections, dropped calls, and hardware malfunctions. * Provision and configure telephony features, including call routing, voicemail systems, extensions, and standard phone features. * Local travel is required between customer buildings throughout Northern Virginia, with the potential for temporary assignments to alternate locations in support of special projects. Minimum Qualifications: * Excellent knowledge of various cabling methodologies, industry standards, troubleshooting techniques, and reading/understanding cable run lists. * Experience with installing endpoints including but not limited to desktop IT equipment, printers, VoIP and digital phones, network switches. * Experience resolving technical problems and answering queries involving computer hardware, network, and telecommunications systems.
