Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and dedicated Line Cooks to join our culinary team in Winchester, VA. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. This position plays a key role in providing nutritious and enjoyable dining experiences for residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and proper presentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
  • Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist with food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen organization.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
  • Accommodate special dietary needs and resident preferences when required.
  • Support catering and special events as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous line cook, prep cook, or food service experience preferred.
