Job Description:
We are seeking Site Directors to lead the Texas Licensed iKids U after school program at Austin elementary schools. Our engaging STEAM, Recreational, and Academic enrichment, childcare, and tutoring program is highly valued by principals, teachers, parents and especially our kids. Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months leading a Licensed Child Care program is required.
  • Clear fingerprinting background results are required.
  • Reliable, independent transportation is required.
  • Leadership experience required.
  • College degree preferred, or college classes in relative field required.
  • Currently live in the Austin metroplex.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.ย 
Schedule and Pay:
Work schedule is around 30 hours per week; school days
Position supports the elementary school calendar with opportunities in iKids Summer Camp.ย 
Based on supervisorial and group childcare/or class teaching experience, the hourly pay range starts at $21.00.ย 
Duties:
Your well-balanced day includes administrative, instructional, and creative activities with elementary students!
  • Implement, develop, and regulate the iKids program at one school site.
Teach Curriculum using our tested and engaging iKids U lesson plans that are filled with fun and educational activities.
Administratively, you supervise and implement all company policies, procedures, and maintain student records.
On-going professional development and training keeps your record-keeping
ย running smoothly.
  • Maintain child safety in a fun, well-managed environment.
With your 1-5 iKids Instructors, you keep the facility clear and organized.
Site Directors work in a standard office setting, inside an elementary school facility, and outside during playground time. You may pick-up, carry, and unload items weighing 10 โ€“20 lbs. and up to 30 lbs.
You record incidents and behaviors in a timely manner.
  • Review curriculum, organize materials, and prepare supplies for daily activities.
