The property features 25 hand-hewn cabins, the renowned Horn & Cantle Restaurant and Saloon, the Ranch Hall, the Outpost, equestrian facilities, Nordic ski trails, event spaces, and expansive access to the surrounding Montana landscape. The Auric Room Line Cook contributes to an experience that reflects the Ranch's commitment to hospitality, quality, and memorable guest experiences.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and execute menu items with consistency, precision, and attention to presentation
- Maintain organized, well-stocked stations to support efficient evening service
- Assist with daily preparation and production to ensure ingredients are fresh and service-ready
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and cooking techniques to maintain quality and consistency
- Work collaboratively with culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Monitor food quality, temperatures, and presentation throughout service
