About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Manager to join our team at Onyx Care of Arcadia. As a Dietary Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our patients are met, while maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the dietary department, including meal planning, food preparation, and service

  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients, including special diets and cultural preferences

  • Manage the inventory and procurement of food, supplies, and equipment
