We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team and help drive the next phase of AlffCo’s growth. Position Summary:

AlffCo is experiencing exciting growth as a national leader in facility and property maintenance. To support this continued expansion, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team.

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategy of the organization. This role will lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and risk management, while serving as a critical advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors.

The CFO will also play a key role in operational decision-making, helping drive performance, profitability, and long-term sustainability across the business.

This is a highly visible, high-impact leadership opportunity for a seasoned finance executive who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate brings both a big-picture mindset and a willingness to dive into the details, with the ability to scale financial operations and partner across teams to support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes in alignment with strategic objectives
  • Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board to support strategic decision-making
  • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions to ensure accuracy, transparency, and adherence to GAAP
  • Direct the preparation of all financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts
  • Manage capital structure, liquidity planning, and investment strategies to support company growth
  • Evaluate and mitigate financial risks and develop internal controls and procedures
  • Partner with department heads to assess the financial impact of operational decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage banking relationships, insurance coverage, audit processes, and third-party financial partnerships
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, building capacity to support current operations and future expansion
  • Serve as a key executive team member contributing to overall business leadership and long-term vision
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO
  • Support M&A evaluations and post-acquisition integration
  • Adhere to AlffCo values and promote a culture of accountability and transparency
  • Represent the company at investor, banking, or public forums as needed

Requirements Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth, multi-location service organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of executive financial leadership, including strategic planning, financial modeling, and capital planning
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, GAAP, and corporate governance
  • High proficiency in financial software, enterprise systems, and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience reporting to boards and working with private equity or outside investors a plus
