Job description

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive People and Culture Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our HR function and workplace operations. You will gain exposure to core HR processes, serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related questions, play a key role in onboarding, support HR systems/data/processes, and own the day-to-day workplace operations that enable employees to do their best work.
What You'll Do:
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle:
  • Own onboarding coordination from offer acceptance through first 90 days
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure new hires are set up for success
  • Track onboarding progress and follow up on key milestones
  • Continuously improve onboarding processes and experience

HR Operations & Systems:
  • Maintain HR systems (Paylocity, Lattice, benefits platforms) with a high level of accuracy
  • Support policy development and completion
  • Support reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions

Workplace Operations:
  • Serve as the on-site People & Culture point of contact for day-to-day needs
  • Manage office operations including supplies, vendor coordination, and facilities requests
  • Maintain a well-functioning and organized office environment (including kitchen, shared spaces, and materials)
  • Coordinate ordering and inventory of office supplies and essentials
  • Ensure new hires are fully set up (workspace, access, equipment coordination) on day one
  • Support general administrative needs that enable smooth daily operations

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
  • Generate and analyze workforce data and reports
  • Support training administration and completion tracking (including AI-based content)
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve People & Culture processes

Who You Are:
  • Some HR experience or an HR internship is a plus. Experience with HR systems (Paylocity, Lattice, BSwift, or similar) is a double plus.
  • You're highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • You're proactive-you take initiative and follow through without being asked
  • You're people-oriented and motivated to create a great employee experience
  • You're comfortable working with systems, data, and processes
  • You're professional and trustworthy with sensitive information
  • You're able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
