12-Hour Shifts On A 2-2-3 Schedule Rotation

7PM-7AM (Must Be Able To Train On Day Shift For 2-4 Weeks)

$1.50/Hour Shift Differential For Hours Worked 3PM-7AM

What You Will Do

  • Set up and operate a converting bag machine. 
  • Read work orders to ensure correct material use and quality specifications.
  • Perform scheduled quality checks for early detection of issues and report issues for early correction.
  • Work to meet or exceed bag-per-machine-hour production goals daily.
  • Maintain a reasonably clean and clutter-free work space.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and guidelines and report on safety concerns as they arise.
  • Continuously upskill on your machine and learn to troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Assist with baling of waste produced at your machine.
  • Train new teammates as needed.
  • Wear required PPE at all times while on the production floor.
  • Work overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays.

  • Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment—someone who takes initiative and manages their own workflow effectively.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving, with the ability to quickly assess issues and make sound decisions on the floor.
  • Physically capable of standing, bending, walking, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs as part of daily work.
  • Flexible team player willing to assist with additional tasks to support smooth plant operations. 
  • Prior machine operating experience is preferred, but not required.
