Schedules Available:  

  • 1st Shift - M-Th 5am-3pm
  • 2nd Shift - M-Th 2:55pm-12:55am
  • Plus a  shift differential for 2nd only

Pay

  • Starting at $19–$21+/hour, based on experience
  • Additional shift differentials as described in the shifts above 
  • Opportunities for regular wage increases

Position Overview | As a Machine Operator, you will:

  • Set up and operate converting bag machines
  • Load machines with film roll stock
  • Produce bags and pouches to customer specifications
  • Monitor production quality and output
  • Handle finished products
  • Follow all safety and operational guidelines

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to lift 10–15 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Strong attendance and positive attitude
  • Mechanical aptitude (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to read a tape measure and record data accurately
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
