The ECM team is part of the broader Global Investment Banking (GIB) division and works on equity and equity-linked transactions for Credit Agricole CIB's corporate and sponsor clients. The candidate would have at least 8+ years of capital markets experience including direct deal experience originating, structuring, and executing equity-linked / convertible bond offerings. The candidate will be instrumental in the further development and expansion of CA-CIB's global equity-linked franchise.

This candidate will lead and work closely with coverage bankers and other product teams on convertible opportunities with our institutional clients. The position requires strong leadership qualities, entrepreneurial mindset, and team-oriented approach to drive business; Ability to lead in the effective execution of transactions as well as in the production of new business efforts; and ability to manage many projects with different team members.
