Requirements
Customer Journey Optimization
• Map and analyze the full customer journey to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital touchpoints and personalize user experiences.
• Implement tools and tactics to improve lead nurturing, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Sales + Marketing Alignment
• Partner with sales leadership to ensure consistent messaging, lead quality, and funnel visibility.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track MQLs, SQLs, and marketing-sourced revenue.
• Support integrated campaigns that bridge marketing and sales efforts.
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
• Contribute to the strategy and own the execution and performance of paid media campaigns across platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creative testing, and optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Track KPIs that connect marketing activities to revenue growth.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Power BI.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership on a regular basis.
Required Qualifications
